How do I book a service?
Create a customer account, complete verification, then choose a service and pay through Paystack.
When is worker payout released?
Worker earnings are released only after the customer confirms completion or after admin review.
What documents do workers need?
Workers must submit a valid ID, proof of address and any other documents required by the platform.
Can I dispute a booking?
Yes. You can open a dispute from the booking detail page. This will freeze the payout until admin reviews the case.
How does Paystack payment work?
You pay through Paystack after creating a booking. A payment reference is stored against your booking record.
Are workers background checked?
Workers go through a document verification process before being approved to receive job offers.
