Customer Agreement
Customers must provide accurate identity, contact and home address details, maintain a safe work location, pay only through the platform, and confirm completed work honestly. Customers should raise support tickets or disputes promptly when a worker fails to arrive, work is not completed, safety concerns occur or payment records look incorrect. Customers must not harass workers, ask workers to perform unsafe tasks, bypass platform payments or misuse disputes. Booking and refund decisions are based on status history, support evidence and payment logs.
