Payment and Payout Policy
Joy Domestic Services uses Paystack for hosted customer payments, payment references, transaction verification, webhook logs and Paystack-supported payout records. The platform does not store card details and does not present itself as a bank or unsupported financial provider. Customer payments are recorded against bookings, worker earnings are tracked in a clear wallet ledger, and withdrawal requests require finance review and payout status tracking. Platform commission, minimum withdrawal amounts, test mode and live mode are configurable by admin.
