Worker Agreement

Workers must provide accurate identity, residence, banking, service area, skill, emergency contact and verification information. Workers must not accept jobs before verification approval, must arrive at the agreed address and time, must update job progress through the dashboard, and must treat customers and homes respectfully. Worker earnings are recorded in the wallet ledger only after customer confirmation or admin-approved release. Workers are responsible for accurate payout details and must comply with safety, privacy and conduct rules. Misconduct, false documents, unsafe behaviour or payment abuse can lead to suspension and payout review.
